Business Pulmeq started its activity in 2015. The most important goal that we set was to develop and implement a modern production process for disposables mouthpieces for spirometers . Over a year of research and work allowed for the launch the only one in Poland , a modern production line. Thanks to careful preparation, we can offer you a number of products that meet strict European quality standards. Our products are becoming more and more appreciated by a wide audience.

Our offer includes mouthpieces for the majority of available on the Polish market spirometers and mouthpieces for peak flow meters (Peak Flow Meter) and smoke checks – devices for measuring the content of carbon monoxide in the exhaled air. Each mouthpiece is individually packed in a foil package.

To meet the new, pandemic realities, out of concern for the health of patients and medical staff, a decision was made to launch a new production line. Again, we are the first and only company in Poland to undertake the difficult task of producing disposable medical equipment, enabling doctors to perform appropriate diagnostics, which, as we know, is the key to our health.

The work of a team of professionals, cooperation with the leaders of the pulmonary diagnostics industry and the selection of appropriate components resulted in the launch of the production line of disposable antibacterial and antivirus filters.

From April 2021, Pulmeq is the only Polish manufacturer of filters for spirometers, registered in the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products as a class IIa product.

The highest quality of our filters and the production procedures implemented is confirmed by the Quality Management System certificate issued by TUV Nord.
The tests of flow, dead space and repeatability of the spirometric test results were carried out at MES sp. z o. o. in Krakow, which is a manufacturer of spirometers and ergospirometers recognized in many countries. The conducted tests prove that the filters manufactured by Pulmeq sp. z o. o. meet the requirements of ISO 26782.
The filter insert, which is a barrier to bacteria and viruses, has been tested at Nelson Laboratories. The filtration degree test showed 99.99% efficiency against bacteria and 99.98% against viruses at the flow of 30l / min.
The use of Pulmeq anti-virus and antibacterial filters protects both the patient against cross-contamination and the staff in the room.
